§ 1 Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Wendory platform by clients ("Clients") and call centers ("Providers") for the brokering of business process outsourcing projects.
§ 2 Service description
Wendory provides a marketplace where clients can publish RFPs and call centers can submit matching offers. Wendory is not a party to the contracts concluded between clients and call centers.
§ 3 Early access model & pricing
During the founding phase, call centers receive free access to all RFP data ("early adopter mode"). After this phase ends, the then-published subscription prices apply. Changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
§ 4 User obligations
Users agree to provide truthful information and not to misuse the platform for purposes unrelated to the platform.
§ 5 Liability
Wendory is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or fulfillment of agreements concluded between clients and call centers.
§ 6 Final provisions
German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
